This penthouse condo is designed for families with children. NOT a large group of more than 8 adults.
This property has: 1 King, 2 Queens & 3 Pull Out Queen Sofa Beds, and a queen trifold floor mattress.
The optional children's lofts (NOT FOR SLEEPING add: 2 Single Beds & 2 Single Futons NOT FOR SLEEPING.
This penthouse condo is on the third floor (no elevator) and has three master bedrooms with 10 total TVs and 3 full bathrooms (sleeps 14 (maximum of 12 adults) I.e. this condo can sleep a TOTAL OF 14 (3 beds, 3 sleeper sofas & 1 queen futons)!
We have a 43-car indoor heated garage and they are available on a first come first use basis. You may ONLY park one car in the garage. There is also outdoor overflow parking for motor homes trailers and oversized vehicles.
The living room has a gas fireplace, a big screen TV surrounded by 3 smaller TVs (great for watching multiple sporting events) with a DVD player, and a multi-functional automatic massage chair. Strong and fast local Wi-Fi (broadband) covers the entire condo. The family room has a leather sleeper couch and a 2nd gas fireplace. Separate dining nook (seats 8) with hardwood floor and wet bar (not stocked … sorry). The kitchen has dual stoves/ovens, dual built-in microwaves, a large side-by-side refrigerator, a dishwasher, and trash compactor. Underground heated parking with ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes. In-unit washer & dryer available FREE on all 7-day or longer rentals.
All three master bedrooms each have full bathrooms and wall-mounted TVs. Master bedroom #3 has a private sunroom with a queen trifold memory foam mattress that can be used opposite of the kitchen under the mirror cabinets which includes a bin with bedding and a great view of the Giant Steps ski basin.
A full guest bathroom (4th bathroom) is great for guests sleeping on the three sofa beds or futons.
2 ea. private glass-enclosed entry porches, with built-in storage for skis, snowboards, bikes, and ski/snowboard gear. Each porch has a bench to facilitate the donning of equipment. Also included are wall-mounted electric boot warmers to dry/warm eight pairs of boots or shoes.

The Copper Chase Condominium Project is not easily accessible by wheelchair.
Copper Chase is a premiere condominium project with ski-in/ski-out access to the Navajo ski basin. Copper Chase boasts a large solarium pool/Jacuzzi with adjacent fitness room.
Amenities also include separate male/female saunas in locker rooms, large group sitting/meeting/lounge area with fireplace and large LCD TV, guest business center with computer and printer, summer sun decks with two BBQs, and picnic area with volleyball and open play area.
The FREE town shuttle that operates during ski season stops at Copper Chase and serves both ski basins as well as most lodging and restaurants.
Children PLAY lofts are available in a package for $35.00 extra per night (total for all three) plus a one time cleaning fee of $35.00. Includes a children's game room with TV, Xbox, three person Lego station/table, and a dresser full of games. CHILDREN LOFTS ARE ACCESSED BY A SPIRAL STAIR CASE AND HAVE LIMITED HEAD ROOM.

When paying by credit card guest will receive a full refund less a 3% processing fee if cancelled up until 30 days prior to arrival. If paying by VENMO or ZELLE, then cancellations up until 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund.
Deposit Policy
There is NO damage deposit required. Should there be damage found, YOU will be fully responsible for all repair/replacement costs as well as any legal fees & costs to collect such amounts.
