Mouth watering ribs, chicken, brisket and pork, masterfully marinated and seasoned, then smoked for hours to the point of perfection. This ain’t just grilling, this is art! Who will be the Champion? Watch as some of the best pit men in Southern Utah line up ready to do battle, apron to apron. Cooking on steel smokers the size of small cars!

Think you have what it takes to win the competition? Winners will walk away with some sweet cash prizes and medals, along with the title as best BBQ on the mountain!

Competition
2 Meats- Chicken & Ribs – To be judged by a panel of 6 Judges
Optional – 1 Side Dish – Example – Beans, Cornbread, Potatoes, Coleslaw etc…
Optional – People’s Choice Competition – ($25 Buy in) Pork Butt supplied by BHR – Judged by the public
Judged On: Best Appearance, Best Taste, Best Texture
