Inside heated parking with 43 first come / first serve parking stalls and plenty of outdoor parking for trailers, campers and large trucks.

Living room has a gas fireplace, big screen TV surrounded by 3 smaller TVs (great for watching multiple sporting events) with Xbox & DVD player, and multi-functional automatic massage chair. Strong and fast local Wi-Fi (broadband) covers entire condo. Family room has leather sleeper couch and a 2nd gas fireplace.

Kitchen & Dining Area

Separate dining nook (seats 8) with hardwood floor and wet bar (not stocked … sorry). Kitchen has stove/oven, dual built in microwaves, large side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and trash compactor.

Underground heated parking with ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes.

Accessibility

This home is located on the 3rd floor and accessible by stairway only (no elevator).  The Copper Chase Condominium Project is not easily accessed by wheelchair.

Optional Triple Children Lofts

Three optional children lofts are available in a package for $35.00 extra per night (total for all three) plus a one time cleaning fee of $25.00. Loft #1 has two twin beds, loft #2 has a queen bed, and Loft #3 has a twin futon sofa/bed. Loft #3 is also a children’s game room with TV, Xbox, three person Lego station/table, and a dresser full of games. This allows for a total of 8 adults and 4 children to all sleep in beds (NOT BUNK-BEDS)! CHILDREN LOFTS ARE ACCESSED BY A SPIRAL STAIR CASE AND HAVE LIMITED HEAD ROOM.

Bedroom Details

All three master bedrooms each have full bathrooms and wall mounted TVs. Master bedroom #3 has a private sun room with small table and two chairs with a great view of Giant Steps ski basin.

A full guest bathroom (4th bathroom) is great for kids sleeping in the optional lofts and/or a couple sleeping on the family room leather sleeper couch situated in front of a gas fireplace.

Dual Entry/Exit Porches

2 ea. private glass enclosed entry porches, with built in storage for skis, snowboards, bikes and ski/snowboard gear. Each porch has a bench to facilitate donning of equipment. Also included are wall mounted electric boot warmers to dry/warm eight pairs of boots or shoes.

Copper Chase Project

Copper Chase is a premiere condominium project with ski-in/ski-out access to the Navajo ski basin. Copper Chase boasts a large solarium pool/Jacuzzi with adjacent fitness room. Amenities also include separate male/female saunas in locker rooms, large group sitting/meeting/lounge area with fireplace and large LCD TV, guest business center with computer and printer, summer sun decks with two BBQs, and picnic area with volleyball and open play area.
