We expect quality in a timely manner yet allow contractors to work at their own pace. We encourage you to work as fast as your are comfortable with to make the hourly wage you desire but the quality of the job is important and rbself will not accept anything but FIRSTCLASS performance. Finishing in a timely manner is important as 4 p.m. guest check-in must never be missed. Therefore, a housekeeping contractor should NEVER take on more condos than they are 100% sure they can finish with plenty of time to spare.
You must have a reliable vehicle to come to and from work. We recommend a four wheel drive for those that wish to pick up shifts on snowy days. You also must be able to climb stairs at Brian Head’s 10,000 ft. elevation. This job is NOT recommended for smokers if they are not used to this elevation. You must be able to climb stairs and carry 50 pound linen bags up and down stairs as this is the only way to access many of these condos. Note: All studio condos have elevators.
